If you manage an Airbnb or Booking.com property listing, CawCut Ad Video can turn it into a short promotional video. Add the listing, define the guest-facing message, review the creative, and generate the video.
1. Add Your Accommodation Listing
- Open [Ad Video].
- Paste the Airbnb or Booking.com listing URL into the link field.
- Click [Analyze URL].
CawCut collects available property details, images, rooms, amenities or facilities, pricing, and selling points from the listing.
If you do not have a usable accommodation link, select [Add Product Manually] and enter the property information yourself.
Before continuing, review the imported details:
- Correct the [Product Name] and [Description] if they are missing or inaccurate.
- Choose a clear [Primary Image] and supporting images that show the property, rooms, amenities, and what guests can expect.
- Check room or property details, facilities, location, pricing, availability, and booking claims.
- Select one selling point as the main focus of the video.
Platform-specific checks
- Airbnb: Use current, well-lit images that accurately show the space, room layout, privacy level, location context, and available amenities. Disclose restrictions such as shared facilities, limited access, noise, or house rules.
- Booking.com: Check the exact property or room type, occupancy, bed setup, facilities, meal or breakfast details, cancellation terms, and included services. Do not use a property-wide image or amenity to imply it is available with every room.
Keep time-sensitive rates, availability, and offers current.
For more details about the complete content-to-video workflow, see Create Ad Video. You can also organize listing content in a node-based workflow with the Product Node.
2. Tell CawCut What to Highlight
Choose one booking reason and provide the target guests, trip type, location context, tone, and accurate property claims.
Match the message to the platform:
- Airbnb: Highlight the stay experience, atmosphere, distinctive space, amenities, or neighborhood. Use a lifestyle or room sequence when it helps guests imagine staying there.
- Booking.com: Highlight the exact room or property type, occupancy, facilities, breakfast, location, or booking terms. Keep the message practical and easy to compare.
- Both: Use one clear reason to book and avoid outdated rates, availability, or facilities.
If the video mentions a rate, breakfast, cancellation policy, seasonal detail, or house rule, check that the dates, availability, facilities, and terms are accurate.
Configure the video for its destination:
- Choose the destination [Platform] and aspect ratio.
- Select the [Resolution] and a [10s] or [15s] duration.
- Choose [Product Showcase], [Product with Voiceover], or [Talking Video].
- Set the [Language] and enable [Captions] when needed.
- Select a storyboard style, then click [Continue].
Review the generated ideas and choose one clear concept built around the selected highlight. Keep it to one guest, one setting, and one reason to book.
If none of the suggestions fits, select [Use your own idea] and describe the guest, stay context, property experience, and end-card message. Keep the concept simple enough to fit the selected duration.
3. Review the Script and Storyboard
Before generating, confirm that the property information, selected highlight, story, and shots match the listing and campaign goal. Read the script and check the property name, room type, amenities or facilities, location, prices, promotions, booking claims, house rules, and spoken lines. Edit it if needed; see Mastering Ad Scripts.
Edit the script to match the platform:
- Airbnb: Verify the exact space, room layout, privacy, amenities, location context, and house rules.
- Booking.com: Verify the exact room type, occupancy, bed setup, facilities, included services, breakfast, and cancellation terms.
- Both: Never show an unavailable amenity, a different room, or a promise that the listing does not make.
If you generate a storyboard, check the shot order, lighting, room layout, and property presentation. Make sure each scene reflects the actual accommodation.
4. Generate a Preview and Final Video
Use the storyboard to check the story, timing, property presentation, and visual style before generating the final video. Then:
- Confirm the final script and storyboard, if you created one.
- Generate a 480P preview first.
- If the direction works, choose your preferred model and resolution, then generate the final version.
- Preview the completed video on the [Video] step and check the visuals, timing, captions, voiceover, property details, and promotion before publishing.
Fix problems in the storyboard or preview before switching to a higher model or resolution. This preview-first workflow helps reduce unnecessary credit use.
4.1 Fine-Tune or Localize the Listing Video
- Fine-tune the video: Use VN Video Editor to adjust timing, captions, music, transitions, and other details.
- Localize the video: Select the target [Language] in the CawCut Ad Video settings before generating, then review the translated property name, amenities, location details, and spoken lines. For simple localization after generation, create the video without voiceover and use VN to add localized text, captions, or text-to-speech narration. See the VN Text to Speech and Caption guide.
- Customize the generation: Use a customized CawCut Workflow to organize listing content, prompts, creative settings, and generation steps more precisely.
